Your bibs are printed on Tyvek® with digital offset print on HP Indigo machines. We design the layout according to your specifications.
After 2-5 business days you will get the bibs delivered, with date guarantee to your event. If necessary, we will send by overnight express or give your order highest priority in our production.
You can order your bibs with disposable transponders pre-attached - ready to be handed out to athletes!

What we do not offer? Second-rate starting numbers from inferior material with laser printing.
We can produce up to 90,000 bibs with individual 4C printing, personalization and integrated transponder per day.

As race result AG, we are proud of our innovative warehousing, ordering, production and shipping process. Our ERP system continuously analyzes stock levels, delivery times and sales figures. It warns weeks in advance if there is a risk of bottlenecking one of our more than 500 purchased parts.
Bibs are like a business card of your sports event: advertising space for sponsors, memorabilia for athletes and to be seen on almost every photo. Bibs need to be be robust and comfortable at the same time. We print all bibs on Tyvek®. A very high quality material, as made for the special requirements of competitions. Tyvek® is deformable like paper and has a textile-like fleece structure. But it is much more durable.
Tyvek® wird in einem patentierten Verfahren von der Firma DuPont hergestellt. Es kommt in vielen unterschiedlichen Bereichen zum Einsatz: Für Gebäudeverkleidungen, Schutzanzüge oder als Kontroll- und Einlassarmbändchen.
Tyvek® besteht zu 100% aus HDPE (hochdichtem Polyethylen). Faser, die um ein vielfaches dünner sind als menschliches Haar, werden erst gesponnen und dann durch Hitze und Druck gebunden, ohne zusätzliche Bindemittel.
Tyvek® ist zu 100 % recycelbar und kann in vielen verschiedenen Produkten wiederverwendet werden. Durch mechanische Recyclingverfahren können so unter anderem Rohre zum Schutz von Erdkabeln, Teile für die Autoindustrie, Packmittel und Blumentöpfe entstehen.
Polyethylen kann gewöhnlich bis zu vier oder fünf Mal recycelt werden, bevor seine physischen Eigenschaften deutlich beeinträchtigt werden. Bei der Verbrennung von Tyvek® unter Sauerstoffüberschuss bleibt nur Wasser und CO2 zurück. Die Brennstoffausbeute ist dabei mindestens doppelt so hoch wie bei Kohle.
